The best way of appreciating the benefits of our system is to try it out with our demonstration system.
The system is very easy to use and self explanatory.
When you visit the demonstration site you will have access to the website itself where you can:
- See the advertising portal
- Click through to your parent information page
- View the minutes of previous meetings
- See the contact page your parents can use to contact you
- See the downloads page where you can list documents for your parents to download e.g. Fliers for your events.
- See the contact page your parents can use to contact you
Using a username and password an administrator(s) will also be able to get into a back office system where they will be able to:
- Create new users
- Maintain users
- Create and maintain the information page for your Parents
- Minute your meetings
- Add new articles and hyperlinks to the library
- Add events to the Calendar to keep your parents informed of events
- Add documents to your parental download area
- Maintain a helpers list
By trying the system out, you will get a feel for how the system meets the basic needs of your association:
- Raise funds for the school
- Keep your parents informed

- Provide a means for the parents to contact your organisation
- Publish a diary of upcoming events
The whole package costs just $59.99 per annum. This can be completely funded by selling just 1 advertising slots on your portal page to local businesses for $60 each, with the remaining 19 slots generating a further $1140 for your organisation to benefit your school. You are of course free to set your own price for each advertising slot.
